They're not exactly our neighbors. They live behind us in a different neighborhood, but only two fences and a pathway separate us. Last summer I caught the ol' lady of the house leaving leftovers in a bowl for the crows - crows I tell ya! - every day! I eventually went over and asked them if they could NOT feed the crows 'cause the garbage ends up in our yard and our dog eats it - gross! - and our kids play back there. They stopped for a bit. Then they built their TALL fence and now the crows are back. AAarrgh! So, yeah, I feel your annoyance.
