the dinosaur trail

the kids and I recently visited the Dinosaur Trail at the local life and science museum. The kids loved seeing the life-sized representations of these long-gone creatures.

The boys’ favorite spot turned out to be the fossil dig area. I suppose that’s no surprise since boys and big piles of dirt have a long history together :P

meh. It’s too bad none of the dinosaurs were animatronic.

This is one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen! I love it! The second one looks semi-cartoony (and not too scary to me), but the others? No way would I go there at night!

yeah, the kids enjoyed the visit this time around. they were getting a bit bored with the other usual exhibits at the museum so the new dino trail was refreshing to see.

Neato! Our Science Museum has a little indoor dig area. It’s one of my favorite places in there. :)
